Meet the Man Behind 6YFIT

If you're reading this, there's a good chance you've tried to lose weight before.
Maybe you've followed a diet for a few weeks, joined a gym with the best intentions, or promised yourself that "this time will be different." You made progress, life got busy, motivation faded, and before long you were back where you started.
I know exactly how that feels because I've lived it.

At the age of 25, I lost 40kg. I thought I'd figured it all out. I believed the hard part was over and that I'd never struggle with my weight again.
But I was wrong.

The weight came off, but I hadn't changed the way I lived. I hadn't built sustainable habits or a routine that I could stick to for years. I relied on motivation, and when motivation disappeared, so did my progress.

Slowly, the weight returned.

Not only did I regain the 40kg I'd lost, but over time I became even heavier than before.

That was one of the hardest lessons of my life.

It taught me something that no diet ever could:
Losing weight isn't the hardest part. Keeping it off is.

That realization changed everything.

Instead of searching for another diet or another burst of motivation, I started focusing on building a lifestyle I could actually maintain. I learned how to create routines that fit around work, family, and everyday life. I stopped chasing perfection and started building consistency.

Over time, those small daily habits transformed my life.

I eventually lost 56kg—not because I found the perfect diet, but because I finally built the structure I'd been missing the first time.

That journey became the foundation of 6YFIT.

I didn't create 6YFIT to sell another quick-fix programme or promise unrealistic results. I created it because I know there are thousands of men who feel stuck in the same cycle I did.

Stop.
